We used to call 800 numbers at our carrier, but they never had anything in stock. We had to listen to a series of menus to get through to a live person, and the process took about 15 minutes to order 2 car chargers. With Mobilesource, I just call or email, tell them what I need, and presto! The merchandise comes with an invoice and it took me all of 2 minutes to order.

Story: I purchased an unlocked Treo 600 to use in Toronto. I was thrilled with how fast Ed was able to get me the phone and had it ready for me to take home. When I inserted my sim it started up beautifully. It was wonderful having the choice to decided to activate my phone on a pre paid service when in the Us and use my regular service back in Toronto. I am looking forward to a new phone in the near future.

I bought a phone from them and when I got back to Bogota, it did not work. I contacted Mobilesource and they were unbelievable. They actually Fedexed me another phone at no charge and I brought back the defective one 3 months later. No company would ever do that. They would make you bring it back first".

I bought a phone from T-Mobile and after a week, I tried to return it because of poor reception. They would take it back, so I contaced Mobilesource. They bought the phone and I used the money towards a different phone, one which was not available from T-Mobile. They had the largest selection of phones, new and used, unlocked, even European models that are not even sold here!

Wanted to say thanks for the great customer service and follow up. I was in a pinch to find an unlocked GSM Treo and needed to get my hands on it that day. My current phone had crashed and died on me while my wife was still in the hospital with our new born son, My phone needed was becoming hard to find and I was referred to Mobilesource. Edward did everything he could to offer me some immediate solutions while he tried to find a phone for me . He then followed up the next day to be sure that I got everything resolved. THAT IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! Mobilesource has earned my business and my referrals.

I was in Boca Raton and lost my phone. A local store referred me to Mobilesource, as all of the stores around there wanted like $200 for a phone without activation. Mobilesource had a large selection of new and used phones and even helped me to call Verizon and have the phone re-activated, even though they did not have to do that. They were very helpful and caring".

We called last minute to rent a phone for an executive leaving for Amsterdam the next evening. The phone was shipped overnight and arrived in time. Without the phone, she would not have been able to conduct business which really saved her. There was a small problem getting voice mail and Mobilesource reimbursed us for the calls from the hotel. They are really a very professional company"
