TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping is performed by Federal Express (FEDEX), USPS (United States Postal Service); UPS (United Parcel Service), DHL or Courier Service (only in South Florida). We use our best judgment at the time of shipping, to determine which carrier will provide the most economical and fastest service for you.

If you would like us to consider other shipping options, please contactus@mobilesource.com before ordering. You may also email or call us with your special shipping accommodations in the comments section of the shopping cart.

NEW PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
NEW PHONES:
Mobilesource only buys new phones with the latest software versions. This prevents problems and avoids returns and defective units.

DEFECTIVE UNITS LESS THAN 4 DAYS FROM YOUR RECEIPT OF PHONE:

Should your phone arrive not working, or fail to work properly within 4 business days from when you received it, please contact us immediately and we will arrange an exchange at no charge. Shipping to you of the replacement will be either Ground service at no charge to you, or you can upgrade to overnight and pay the difference.

Please note, there may be incidents where the phone to be replaced is not in stock, but we will do out best to get it to you as soon as possible. We can send a loaner phone in the meantime, if necessary.

DEFECTIVE UNITS MORE THAN 4 DAYS OLD BUT LESS THAN 1 YEAR:

Your warranty is with the manufacturer. It is a contract between you, the user, and the manufacturer. Mobilesource does not warrant the phone(s) for the manufacturer.

You have 2 simple choices to have your phone fixed/repaired/replaced:

1. Contact the manufacturer (see our website, or below, for a list of contact numbers) and follow their instructions. We can help provide a copy of the receipt. If necessary. OR:

2. Send the phone to us, PHONE ONLY (no SIM card, no battery, no battery cover, nothing else but the phone). $50 will be charged to you, and for this Mobilesource Corp. will:

A. Contact the manufacturer on your behalf.
B. Troubleshoot with them to see if the problem can be solved over the phone.
C. Obtain an RMA on your behalf if the phone cannot be fixed over the phone.
D. We will Fedex the phone to the appropriate manufacturer with a note.
E. We will act on your behalf to get the phone repaired/replaced.

We will then send the phone back to you using regular Fedex or UPS Ground service. You can upgrade to overnight for an extra charge.

RETURN POLICY FOR ACCESORIES

Defective products will be replaced free of charge.

All items come with a limited warranty (6 months on batteries). Non-defective items/returns may be exchanged, returned for credit, or refunded as well and may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Returns that are damaged or have missing items or parts and not in original packaging (if applicable) will be credited minus the missing parts or will not be credited at all, if applicable.

If you would like to return your purchase, please call us inside Florida at (561) 416-7224, or outside of Florida, 1-800-547-7353. Or you can contact sales@mobilesource.com and we will give you instructions.

Tell us the reason why you are returning your item (s). This help us to track problems or issues.

Please be sure to send all materials and product information that came with the packaging.

Note: CDs or Software must be in the original unopened packaging with the product seal unbroken.

Normal Wear and Tear
Periodic maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear are excluded from coverage.

Batteries
6-month warranty. Batteries are not made to last much more than one year. Only batteries whose fully charged capacity falls below 80% of their rated capacity and batteries that leak are covered by this limited warranty.

Abuse & Misuse
The following defects or damage will not be covered:

- Improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, physical damage as per cracks, scratches, etc. to the surface of the product resulting from misuse, contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food.
- Use of the Products or Accessories for commercial purposes or subjecting the Product or Accessory to abnormal usage or conditions.
- Other acts, which are not our fault, are excluded from coverage.

Tampered Product
Products or Accessories with
- Serial numbers or date tags that have been removed, altered or obliterated.
- Broken seals that shows evidence of tampering.
- Unmatched board serial numbers.

Software
No warranty is made that the software will meet your requirements or will work in combination with any hardware or software applications provided by third parties, nor that the operation of the software will be error free, or that all defects in the software products will be corrected.
